Rials Lawn was founded by M. Rial Saba with a clear focus: serve commercial clients at the highest level. From the beginning, the company was built around the needs of property managers, facility directors, and government procurement officers — not residential homeowners.
Operating out of the Toledo and Oregon, Ohio area, Rials Lawn serves commercial properties across Northwest Ohio. Our model is built for scale — we coordinate professional crews and resources to deliver consistent, high-quality results on every property, every visit.
We are not a company trying to be everything to everyone. We specialize in commercial grounds maintenance, and we do it exceptionally well. That focus is what allows us to build lasting relationships with the property managers, general contractors, and government agencies we serve.
